With the body as material – Dupont is focusing on energy, weight and life in time and space. Dupont’s own weight is transformed into small bags of salt. The audience is asked to cut the salt bags so little by little the weight gets lighter as the salt disappear. The work refers to Yoko One’s Cut Piece from 1964.
